General Conditions

Check-in time: 15:00 - 20:30

Check-out time: 09:00 - 12:00

Arrivals after the closing of the reception will have an extra charge of 20 €.

Pre-payment: At the moment of the confirmation of the reservation the stablishment will charge 25% of the total price of the stay.

Deposit: A 200 € deposit will be left upon arrival as a garantee of the proper use of the premises. Once the good state of the apartment has been checked the deposit will be refunded in the same mean of payment it was provided with.

It is possible to reserve a baby cot service for any of the apartments. This service also includes bed linen and towels for the cot, a high chair and a baby bathtub. The price of the service is 10 €/night.

It is possible to host an extra guest (child or adult) in any apartment in an additional sofa-bed for 15 €/night. Limited to one additional bed per apartment.

Pets welcome, always under request.

Parties or events are not allowed in the apartments under any circumstance. Any complaint from nieghbours or authorities will suppose the eviction of the guests with no right to compensation.

Reservation modifications or cancellations have the following expenses:

- If made more than 24 hours prior to the arrival date: 25% of the total price of the stay

- With less that 24 hours prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total price of the stay
